Lenox Industrial Tools 301 Tickets

Be there for the 2010 return of NASCAR to the New Hampshire Motor Speedway with the next running of the Lenox Industrial Tools 301. Hosted each season in Loudon, New Hampshire, and previously known as the Lenox Industrial Tools 300, in 2008 organizers changed the name to its current title, the Lenox Industrial Tools 301. The name change signified the fact that one lap was added to represent the fact that Lenox Industrial Tools was “looking for users and suppliers of industrial tools that go the extra mile, whose jobs are physically demanding, day after day, and still find time to contribute to their communities in a meaningful way." Since the change, the race has also been referred to as “The Extra Mile at the Magic Mile” – something which is misleading, given the race distance actually totals 301 laps, not 301 miles.

The New Hampshire Motor Speedway is located about an hour north of Boston and, having opened its gates in 1990, hosts two NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events each year, with the other being September’s Sylvania 300. Spanning approximately 1,100 acres, the multi-functional facility is the largest sports complex of in New England, featuring the 1.058-mile oval speedway, a 1.6-mile road course, and having the capacity to seat a little more than 105,000 spectators!

In addition to the Lenox and Sylvania Sprint Cup races, New Hampshire Motor Speedway also hosts the only NASCAR Nationwide and Camping World Truck Series events to take place in the entire six-state New England region. Both the Lenox 301 and Sylvania 300 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races not only sell out regularly, but also normally exceed the attendance figures of the National Football League’s Super Bowl each year.

Denny Hamlin was New Hampshire Motor Speedway’s first Car of Tomorrow winner at the 2007 Lenox Industrial Tools 301, while in 2009 Joey Logano became the youngest Sprint Cup winner ever by claiming that Lenox Tools 301 victory. Kurt Busch, Tony Stewart, and Jeff Burton are the only drivers to have won the race more than once, while Burton is the only one with more than two wins and consecutive wins as well; Busch (2004, 2008), Stewart (2000, 2005), and Burton (1997-98, 1999).

Attend the Lenox Industrial Tools 301 at the amazing New Hampshire Motor Speedway complex. Order tickets today, and be on hand Sunday, June 27, 2010 to experience the type of summer excitement that only NASCAR can provide.
