Clemson Tigers Tickets
The Clemson baseball team represents Clemson University in NCAA Division I college baseball, and participates in the Atlantic division of the Atlantic Coast Conference. They are currently coached by head coach Jack Leggett, and play their home games in the 10,325 capacity Littlejohn Coliseum, a multi-purpose arena in Clemson, South Carolina.
It is named for James C. Littlejohn, class of 1908, the school's first business manager, who was instrumental in many of the school's early building projects, including the building it replaced, Clemson Field House, and Memorial Stadium. Their official uniform colors are burnt orange and northwestern purple and their mascot is The Tiger. The Clemson Tigers basketball team is a college basketball program that competes in NCAA Division I and the Atlantic Coast Conference. The Tigers share a fierce rivalry with the South Carolina Gamecocks, of which South Carolina owns a 86-72 series lead. The Tigers have won the last 4 games in the series. The Clemson Men's Basketball team is currently coached by head coach Oliver Purnell. Purnell has guided the Tigers to higher win totals each season that he has been the Tigers head coach. The Tigers were defeated 86-81 by the University of North Carolina in the 2008 Atlantic Coast Conference Championship game on March 16, 2008.
