18th Dye Tickets
18th Dye’s members grew up together. The bassist wanted to start a band since he was in middle school. 18th Dye began performing at the local club Beach. The Rolling Stones heavily influenced the early work of the band.
18th Dye were unsure about their music careers with the release of their first album, and were relieved after their music began climbing the charts ad getting lots of play on the radio. The band plays plenty of arenas, but would rather play in the smaller clubs in which they started.
18th Dye knew that they were truly working musicians when the band’s first fan club was started in 1989 by Betty Mitchell. While the club started out small after the organizer heard the group play at a small club in Albany, the club grew leaps and bounds after the group’s first national tour.
18th Dye's most current project has been heavily influenced by artists of the 1960s. The group just completed their new album, and they are planning the next release already. After this last non-stop year the members of 18th Dye will spend some time apart.
Every time the group comes to Kansas City they are sure to stop at Disaster and play a show. 18th Dye’s tickets and latest concert information are available on TheSeats.com, along with the complete tour schedule for the group.
