3 Dog Night’s members were friends in high school. The bassist use to listen to music constantly as a kid. The guitarist discovered his love of music while listening to his brother's record collection. 3 Dog Night started singing at Facsimile, a local dive bar. The band used to sell their records out of their van at school.
