Atomic Punks began singing at the local club City. The group used to practice at the bassist's garage. The members of Atomic Punks were friends in middle school. The bassist use to listen to cassette tape constantly as a teenager.

Atomic Punks plans to take a break after this next tour, allowing the band members to recharge. The band is in the beginning of the accompanying tour for their latest record. The new release from Atomic Punks is a refinement of their traditional sound.

After getting the record deal, Atomic Punks were sure they would make it. The group's members all had odd jobs while they worked hard to be known.

Atomic Punks accepted that the possibility of living life as actual musicians was a real possibility in 1996, as soon as Jenny Storjohann started the band’s first fan club. Starting out with just a few dozen members in Chicago, the fan club quickly grew with group’s national tour and the launching of the band’s website by Nancy Nicodemus.

Atomic Punks appreciaites their fans and wants to give them a good show, so they play previous hits along with the newest singles. Biloxi has always been receptive to the band, even when they were small time, so the band schedules a show there every year, even if they are not touring. TheSeats.com allows fans to stop at one place online and find all the information they need. The site has Atomic Punks tickets, the touring schedule, and seating charts for concerts.
