B.m.l.’s members grew up together. The lead singer was encouraged to play by his music teacher. B.m.l. began performing at the college club Timetable. Buddy Holly heavily influenced the early work of the band.

After this past busy year the members of B.m.l. will spend some time apart to rest. The group is in the start of the accompanying tour for their latest album. B.m.l.'s most current album has taken the band in a surprisingly new direction, with a softer edge.
