Candy Spooky Theater started singing at the local club Translator. The bassist discovered his love of music while listening to his sibling's record collection. The drummerdiscovered his love of music by listening to his brother's collection of records. The members of Candy Spooky Theater met in grade school. The Mamas and the Papas heavily influenced the early work of the group.

The group may have recently finished their newest project, but they are already plotting the next move. Candy Spooky Theater plans to take a break after this next tour, allowing the band members to pursue other projects.

After getting the record deal, Candy Spooky Theater were sure they would make it. The group really enjoys performing and is playing almost nightly in front of fans. The group members were excited to have the opportunity to make an album and quit their day jobs that supported them while they worked hard at night to make their dreams happen.
