David Gray was discovered while joking around, performing on the street one day. The band members quit their other jobs to focus on their album.
David Gray knew that living life as a musician was a actual possibility after the band’s first fan club was started by Liz Van Gundy in 1998. Starting out with just a few dozen members in Oklahoma City, the fan club quickly grew with group’s national tour and the launching of the group’s website by Liz Ullmann.
David Gray intends to take a break after the tour, allowing the group members to work on other projects. The group may have recently completed their new record, but they are planning the next release already.
