The members of Effigy grew up together. The drummer was heavily influenced by his dad's love for music. The bassist used to listen to his grandmother's record constantly as a child. Effigy began singing at Dungeon, a college club. The group used to sell their CDs out of their truck at the local record store.
Members of Effigy see this tour as a chance to expose a whole new group of fans to their music. The band may have just completed their newest album, but they are already planning their next move. Effigy's most current project took six months to put together.
