F***ed Up started playing at Artist, a local club. The group used to sell their tapes out of their truck at the local record store. The members of F***ed Up met in 1977. The lead singer used to fall asleep with a recordplaying as a teenager.

F***ed Up were sure they were not going to be a one hit wonder after their single became popular. The band plays almost every night of the week as the they tour America. F***ed Up was offered a record contract after putting on a show at at Desperado, local bar. The bandspent years before being signed as an opening act.

F***ed Up realized that they could really have a career in music in 1988, after Kathy Ernst started the group’s first fan club. After the group’s first North American tour, the fan club grew from the couple dozen fans who heard the band play around Oklahoma City to the thousands who heard them play country wide.

Members of F***ed Up hope to team up with other artists during the tour. The group is in the start of the promotional tour for their most current album.

Cincinnati has always been receptive to the band, even when they were small time, so the band schedules a show there every year, even if they are not touring.
