Falling Up Tickets
Falling Up started performing at the college club Anyplace. The lead singer first found his love of music by listening to his sister's music collection. The bassist discovered his love of music while listening to his mother's record collection. The members of Falling Up were friends in college. The Rolling Stones heavily influenced the early work of the group.
Falling Up first garnered some national attention with their first single. The group really enjoys performing and is playing almost nightly before fans. Falling Up met with a local DJ from Q93.5 and convinced him to play their single on air. The single immediately became a local hit and larger radio stations started playing the song. Eventually a record executive heard it and signed the band. The band took any show they could get before they were signed.
Falling Up's new album took just four months to put together. The group is in the second leg of the accompanying tour for their most current project. Falling Up plans to take a break after the tour, to allow the band members to pursue individual projects.
Critics have often commended Falling Up for their ability to energize the audience when they perform live. Timothy Dickenson, a music critic from Boston, has always commended group’s tremendous drummer. Falling Up’s new release has received terrific praise from all the critics, including Abrahams Quaid from Kansas City and Ryan Rastetter from Baltimore.
Falling Up knows to play both the old and the new at their concerts. The band has never played a bad performance in Shelbyville, so they make sure to schedule a stop there whenever they tour.
