The members of I Mother Earth grew up together. The guitarist use to listen to music constantly as a kid. I Mother Earth began singing at Freeway, a local club. The group asked the local radio station to play their early songs.

I Mother Earth was discovered while performing at at Perfume, a local club. The band regularly played at Chief before making it to the big time. Now the group play in plays in sold out arenas across North America.

I Mother Earth intends to spend some time apart after the tour, allowing the group members to pursue individual projects. The group just completed their new album, but they are thinking of what is next to come. I Mother Earth's newest project is the band's second project.
