Kill Hannah’s members met in 1993. The bassist discovered his love of music while listening to his sibling's music collection. The bassist use to listen to records constantly as a child. Kill Hannah began playing at Boss, a college bar. The group used to practice at the bassist's garage.

Kill Hannah were still not sure if they would make it after getting a record. They had heard too many stories and knew that they were in no position to expect anything. The group continues to play large venues, but still enjoys playing in smaller clubs on occasion.

Kill Hannah accepted that they could really have a career in music in 1997, after Deb Judge started the group’s first fan club. After the group’s first North American tour, the fan club grew from the couple dozen fans who heard the band play around Charleston to the thousands who heard them play from New York to California.

The group is in the middle of the tour accompanying for their latest record. Kill Hannah's latest release is a refinement of their accepted sound.
