Lander & Tyler Stenson started performing at Cafeteria, a local club. The group used to practice at the guitarist's garage. Lander & Tyler Stenson’s members grew up together. The drummer wanted to start a band since he was in grade school.

The band members quit their other jobs to focus on their album. Lander & Tyler Stenson were still not sure if they would make it after getting a record. They had heard too many stories and knew that they were in no position to expect anything.

Lander & Tyler Stenson accepted that they had a real chance to become a headlining national act in 1976, after Brenda Molitor started the band’s first fan club. The fan club may have just started out with a few members that followed the band when the played in small clubs, but it quickly grew to thousands after the group released its first album and started touring nationally.

Lander & Tyler Stenson's new project is the band's first since the group members went to work on independent projects ten years ago. The group is in the start of the promotional tour for their newest release. After this last hectic year the members of Lander & Tyler Stenson will take a break to rest after a long year.
