Macabre Tickets
Macabre started performing at the local bar Beach. The bassist used to fall asleep with a cassette tapeplaying as a kid. The drummer discovered his love of music while listening to his sibling's music collection. The members of Macabre met in 1995. The band asked the local radio station to play their tracks.
Macabre's members see this tour as a chance to expose a new audience to their music. The band may have just completed their latest record, but they are planning the next release already. The most current record from Macabre is the group's ninth release.
Often times, critics commend Macabre for their ability to rile up the crowd during concerts. Baltimore music critic Thomas Weyland has always praised group’s amazing hooks. Macabre’s latest record is receiving generally positive reviews from all the critics, including Otis Cotroneo, who first saw the group play in Omaha.
Macabre was offered a record contract after playing at at Sermon, local bar. Macabre signed the record deal, and fully expected that they would last past the first album.
The band has a love affair with Portland so they are sure to stop by and play a show whenever they are touring. Macabre's shows always have the audience singing by the end of the concert.
