Madelyn & Klik’s members met in 1977. The group used to sell their records out of their van at local shows. Madelyn & Klik began playing at Guy, a college club. The guitarist discovered his love of music while listening to his uncle's music collection.

Madelyn & Klik were uneasy after releasing the debut album, but were happy when they heard their music on the radio for the first time. The members of the band all quit their other jobs to focus on their music.

Madelyn & Klik realized that the possibility of living life as actual musicians was a distinct possibility in 1979, after Barbara Noonan started the band’s first fan club. The club started out in Miami with a handful of members, but grew tremendously once their singles started getting national air time.

Madelyn & Klik's new album took four months to create. The band just finished their new release, and they are thinking of what is to come next. Madelyn & Klik see this tour as a chance to expose another group of fans to their music.
