Odessey Tickets
Odessey began singing at Governor, a local bar. Music of the '60s heavily influenced the early work of the band. Odessey began playing together while they were in grade school. The lead singer used to fall asleep with a cassette tapeplaying as a teenager.
After paying their dues and opening shows for years, Odessey was signed to a record deal. Odessey’s first album was a dud, but the second finally got some exposure.
Odessey accepted that they were truly working musicians as soon as the band’s first fan club was started by Barbara Gitlewski in 1979. The fan club grew quickly from a few dozen members in a few cities to a few thousand from California to New York.
The band has just completed their new album, but they are planning the next release already. Odessey's newest record is the group's first since the band members went to work on independent projects two years ago.
Generally, critics commend Odessey for their ability to rile up the crowd at live shows. Jack Nicodemus, a music critic from San Antonio, has always been a fan of group’s tremendous bassist. Odessey’s latest project is receiving superb reviews from all the critics, including Evan Lewis from New York and Zach Molitor from Raleigh.
Odessey respects the fact that their fans love their past albums, so they go to great effort to incorporate the previous hits with the latest ones. The group loves playing in Detroit because they have never failed to sell out a how in the city. Odessey’s tickets for their latest tour are available on TheSeats.com, along with the complete concert schedule and seating charts.
