Ozomatli Tickets
The members of Ozomatli were friends in college. The group harassed the local radio station to play their song. Ozomatli began singing at Guru, a college dive bar. The lead singer wanted to start a group since he was in grade school.
After paying their dues and opening shows for years, Ozomatli was signed to a record deal. The group does not have a problem selling out any venue now, small or large.
Ozomatli accepted that they were real working musicians as soon as the band’s first fan club was started in 1986 by Kim Slatter. Starting out with just a few dozen members in San Diego, the fan club quickly grew with group’s national tour and the launching of the group’s website by Liz Fleetwood.
Ozomatli's members see this tour as a chance to expose a new group of fans to their music. The group may have recently finished their latest record, but they are thinking of what is next to come.
Ozomatli seamlessly blends the songs from the past release with tracks from their new record. The band’s tour schedule and concert information is outlined on TheSeats.com, along with the latest Ozomatli tickets and seating charts available.
