Paleo began playing at the college club Anyplace. The band kept asking the local radio station to play their tracks. The members of Paleo were friends in college. The bassist was encouraged to play by his uncle.
The band is in the middle of the tour promoting for their latest project. Paleo's members hope to collaborate with other artists while they are on tour.
Paleo were still a little worried after they released their first release, but were relieved when the release began to get some radio play. The band continues to play large venues, but still enjoys performing in smaller clubs on occasion. got K97.1 to start playing their single and had their friends call in to request the song. A record executive heard it one day and immediately signed the group. The band regularly played at Desperado before making it to the big time.
Paleo realized that they could really have a career in music when Amanda Ernhart started a fan club for the group in 1982. The fan club grew from a few dozen to a few thousand after Shirley O'Toole created a website for the group and a national tour gave the group plenty of exposure.
