Paper Route Tickets
Paper Route began playing together while they were in college. The drummer first found his love of music by listening to his dad's record collection. Paper Route started singing at the college dive bar Cafeteria. The group requested that the local radio station to play their song.
Paper Route plans to take a break after this next tour, allowing the group members to pursue other projects. The group just completed their most current record, but they are already planning the next release. Paper Route's new record has been heavily influenced by bands of the 1970s.
Paper Route were still not sure if they would make it after getting a record. They had heard too many stories and knew that they were in no position to expect anything. The years of paying their dues paid off when Paper Route signed a record deal.
Paper Route realized that they were real working musicians in 1997, when Brenda Slatter started the group’s first fan club. After the band’s first North American tour, the fan club grew from the couple dozen fans who heard the band play around Raleigh to the thousands who heard them play country wide.
