Parachute’s members met in 1996. The bassist used to annoy his grandfather by playing his favorite music incessantly. The guitarist used to annoy his brother by playing his favorite CD at all hours of the night. Parachute began performing at Dissidence, a college club. The group had their friends harass the local radio station to play their track.

After this past non-stop year the members of Parachute will spend some time apart to work on other projects. The band has just finished their newest album, and they are already plotting the next move.
