Peter Paul Cetera was born on the thirteenth day of September 1944 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. The American singer, songwriter is skilled at playing the bass guitar as well as best known producer because he was an original successful member of the rock band Chicago. Cetera was the second of six children and was from a Polish-American family residing on the South Side of Chicago. He learned to play the accordion at the age of five. After stepping out of high school, he played in several groups of Chicago as well as a popular local rock band entitled The Exceptions.
