Quanta began playing at Cafeteria, a local club. The group begged the local radio station to play their single. Quanta’s members were friends in middle school. The bassist was encouraged to play by his high school teacher.

Quantawere tentative after releasing their debut album, but were more than relieved when they started hearing their music on the radio. The group group played festivals, parties, bars, really just about anywhere that would take them.

The group is in the beginning of the accompanying tour for their latest project. The newest record from Quanta is the group's ninth release.
