The members of S. Case met in middle school. The group was influenced by Aerosmith. S. Case started playing at the college bar Elation. The bassist used to listen to his mother's music constantly as a kid.
The new release from S. Case has taken the band in a new direction, with a heavier sound. The group is in the beginning of the tour accompanying for their new record.
S. Case was offered a record contract after their single was heard on K99.5. After the single hit the airwaves and blew up, S. Case were still afraid they’d be a one hit wonder.
S. Case finally realized they made it when Kathy Weyland started a fan club for the group in 1989. The club started out in San Antonio with a handful of members, but grew tremendously once their singles started getting national air time.
