Tech N9ne began playing in the school yard before the entire school. One of the band's members used to listen to his grandmother's record collection constantly as a kid. Tech N9ne began playing together in 1982. The band had their friends call into the local radio station to play their songs.

The new record from Tech N9ne is a refinement of their traditional sound. The group may have just finished their most current record, but they are already planning the next release. After this last hectic year the members of Tech N9ne will spend some time apart to recharge after a long year.

Tech N9ne were convinced their hard work had paid off after their first single rose to the top of the charts. The band is mobbed by fans at every show.
