U.Atmosphere Tickets
U.Atmosphere started playing at Cafeteria, a local club. The group used to sell their tapes out of their car at school. The members of U.Atmosphere were friends in middle school. The lead singer used to listen to his sister's cassette tape constantly as a teenager.
U.Atmosphere's new release is the group's fifth album. The group just finished their newest release, and they are thinking of what is next to come. U.Atmosphere plans to take a break after this next tour, allowing the group members to rest after a long year.
Critics have generally commended U.Atmosphere for their ability to connect with the crowd during live shows. A music critic from Baltimore, Scott Thomalson, has always been impressed with group’s clear mastery of their instruments. U.Atmosphere’s new project has received terrific reviews from all the critics, including Ian Fraiser, who first saw the band perform in Ann Arbor.
U.Atmosphere met with a local DJ from K91.1 and convinced him to play their single on air. The single immediately became a local hit and larger radio stations started playing the song. Eventually a record executive heard it and signed the group. U.Atmosphere’s first album did not do so well, but the second album was a hit, going gold.
