Ultravox Tickets
Ultravox started performing at the local bar Hobo. The drummer first found his love of music by listening to his aunt's music collection. The bassist was encouraged to play by his mom. The members of Ultravox met in 1990. The band used to sell their CDs out of their truck at the local music store.
Ultravox was discovered while joking around, performing on the street one day. The group continues to play large venues, but still enjoys playing in smaller clubs on occasion.
Ultravox realized that they had a real chance to become a headlining national act in 1985, as soon as Donna Quinn started the band’s first fan club. The fan club started out small with just a handful of members, generally localized to the area around Charleston, but the creation the group’s website by Lizzie Klinger, along with the first real national marketing campaign, saw the membership to grow into the thousands.
Ultravox's latest project has taken the group in a different direction, incorporating more influences than previous albums. The band may have recently finished their latest record, but they are already planning their next move.
The group has an obsession with Anyplace in Ann Arbor and are sure to play a performance every year. The group’s tour schedule and concert information is outlined on TheSeats.com, along with the latest Ultravox tickets and seating charts available.
