Underoath Tickets
Underoath began playing together while they were in grade school. The group requested that the local radio station to play their single. Underoath started playing at Yacht, a college bar. The drummer use to listen to CDs constantly as a teenager.
got K94.9 to start playing their single and had their friends call in to request the song. A record executive heard it one day and immediately signed the group. The group took any show they could get before they were signed. Now the group play in plays in sold out arenas across North America.
Underoath finally knew they made it in 1991, after the group's first fan club was started by Amy Hornstrom. The fan club grew from a few dozen to a few thousand after Melissa DiSalvatore created a website for the band and a national tour gave the band plenty of exposure.
Underoath plans to spend some time apart after the tour, allowing the band members to work on other projects. The band is in the start of the accompanying tour for their most current release. Underoath's newest project took almost a year to record.
