U.n.k.l.e. Tickets
U.n.k.l.e. began playing at the local bar Beach. The bassist wanted to start a group since he was in grade school. The drummer used to annoy his mother by playing his favorite music at all hours of the night. The members of U.n.k.l.e. grew up together. Johnny Cash heavily influenced the early work of the band.
got B91.1 to start playing their single and had their friends call in to request the song. A record executive heard it one day and immediately signed the band. The bandspent years before being signed as an opening act. The group plays plenty of arenas, but would rather play in the smaller clubs in which they started.
U.n.k.l.e. realized that they were real working musicians after the band’s first fan club was started by Cynthia Pillar in 1999. Starting out in Boston with a few dozen members, the club grew fast, eclipsing a couple thousand across the world in under a year.
The group may have recently finished their latest release, but they are thinking of what is next to come. U.n.k.l.e.'s most current album took two months to record.
The group has a love affair with Urbana so they are sure to stop by and play a show whenever they are touring.
