Waitiki Tickets

Waitiki’s members grew up together. The band used to practice at the drummer's garage. Waitiki started playing at the college dive bar Boss. The drummer use to listen to CD constantly as a child.

Waitikiwere tentative after releasing their debut release, but were more than relieved when they started hearing their music on the radio. The band no longer has any problem selling out a show. After paying their dues and opening shows for years, Waitiki was signed to a record deal. The bandplayed anywhere that would have them in the beginning.

Waitiki accepted that they were real working musicians in 1983, as soon as the band's first fan club was started by Amy Baca. After the band’s first North American tour, the fan club grew from the couple dozen fans who heard the group play around Denver to the thousands who heard them play from California to New York.

The group is in the first leg of the accompanying tour for their latest release. Waitiki's newest album is the band's first since the band members went to work on independent projects five years ago.

The band is sure to schedule a performance at City in San Antonio every time they tour because they used to play there all the time before they made it big. Waitiki's performances always have the audience singing by the end of the performance. The band’s latest tour information, from Waitiki tickets to concert schedule changes to seating charts, are all available on TheSeats.com.
