Wang Ming Chun’s members met in 1984. The group used to sell their tapes out of their truck at local shows. Wang Ming Chun started playing at the local club City. The guitarist first found his love of music by listening to his sibling's record collection.

The band members were glad once they were signed and quit their odd jobs that had supported them while they worked toward their dreams. Wang Ming Chun plans to take a break after this next tour, allowing the group members to pursue individual projects. The band may have recently completed their latest album, but they are already planning their next move. Wang Ming Chun's latest release took a year to create.
