Y-108 Hot Country Jam's newest project has been heavily influenced by singers of the 1970s. The group recently finished their most current project, but they are already thinking of their next move. Y-108 Hot Country Jam intends to take some time off after this next tour, allowing the band members to work on other projects.

Even after getting the record deal Y-108 Hot Country Jam were not sure if they would make it in the end. A member of Y-108 Hot Country Jam started dating a girl whose sisterwas a record executive. She passed the single on to them and the band signed a record deal soon after.
Y-108 Hot Country Jam knew that they could really have a career in music after Breanda Harkenreader started a fan club for the band in 1977. While the club started out small after the organizer heard the band play at a small club in Philadelphia, the club grew leaps and bounds after the band’s first national tour.
