The members of Yid Vicious met in 1992. One of the band's members used to fall asleep with the radio playing as a kid. Yid Vicious started singing at Guy, a local dive bar. The band used to practice at the drummer's basement.

After this past non-stop year the members of Yid Vicious will take some time off to rest after a long year. The band is in the beginning of the tour accompanying for their most current project. The most current project is 's first project since the band broke up four years ago.
