Zydeco Night’s members were friends in middle school. The bassist wanted to start a group since he was in high school. The guitarist was influenced by his dad's love of music. Zydeco Night started playing at the local club Gong Ho. The group asked the local radio station to play their early songs.

Zydeco Night was offered a record contract after putting on a show at at Assistant, local bar. Zydeco Night were still not sure if they would make it after getting a record. They had heard too many stories and knew that they were in no position to expect anything.

Zydeco Night's most current project has been heavily influenced by singers of the 1980s. The group recently finished their latest record, and they are planning the next release already. Zydeco Night hope to team up with other artists while they tour.
