Celine Dion is headed back to Las Vegas to the Colosseum stage at Caesars Palace. The world-renown pop singer has just confirmed a deal that will bring her back to the stage that she dominated for five years in the first decade of the 21st century. The new three-year residency will pay out $100 million to Dion and was offered after Barbra Streisand turned down the offer because it would interfere with her world tour. Celine Dion tickets were all the rage during her first five-year habitation and should be just as big of a hit this time.

Dion will perform before sold out crowds from 2011 to 2014. Her first show will be on March 15, 2011 and the tickets for the 54 first-year performances go on sale on February 12, 2010. The show will celebrate the romance of old Hollywood and the Canadian singer will be accompanied by 31 musicians as Celine rekindles that lost sense of nostalgia.

Celine Dion will not play nearly as hectic a concert schedule as last time. She will play 54 shows for the first year from March 15th through August 14th. This will be a nice way for the singer to give her fans what they want without putting too much pressure on the performer. She inadvertently managed to give fans a nice promo at the Grammy Awards when she performed Michael Jackson’s Earth Song with Smokey Robinson, Jennifer Hudson, Usher, and Carrie Underwood in a touching tribute to the King of Pop.
