New Jersey Devils Tickets
The Devils are currently in possession of first place in the Atlantic Division with 69 points based on their 34-15-1 record, and currently trail only Washington, San Jose, and Chicago, in points across the entire NHL, and their 17-7-1 road record is second-best in the league behind the Sharks.
The main story at this point of the season is still New Jersey’s Hall of Fame net-minder, Martin Brodeur, who brings about discussions of being the best goaltender in the history of the NHL. He currently holds career records for wins with 588, shutouts with 108, has broken the regular-season wins record of Patrick Roy, and now is on the fast track to 600 victories and beyond. At age 37, he currently leads the NHL in wins with 31, is fifth in goals-against average at 2.17, 10th in save percentage at .922, and in December he surpassed the 103 career shutout mark of Terry Sawchuk – a record previously thought to be unbreakable. And, of course, Brodeur will have the chance to prove himself once again in the Olympics. Playing on his fourth Canadian Olympic team, he is the odds-on favorite to lead Canada into Vancouver in February.
Along with left-wing Zach Parise, who leads the team 51 points on 23 goals, 28 assists, and a +/- of 23, leftwing captain Patrick Elias, rightwing Jamie Langenbrunner, center Travis Zajac, center Dainus Zubrus, and right-wing Brian Rolston are all atop the New Jersey scoring list. Between the scoring, always stifling defense, and top-notch net-minding of Brodeur, the Devils are the team to beat in the Atlantic, and tickets are a must any time New Jersey takes the ice.
