General : The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of the TheSeats Web site ("Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. TheSeats reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If you violate these Terms of Use, TheSeats may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you. TheSeats is a private ticket broker and is not affiliated with any venue, box office, TicketMaster, Tickets.com, or any of their respective affiliates. TheSeats DOES NOT SELL TICKETS AT FACE VALUE. OUR TICKETS ARE PREMIUM SEATING FOR SOLD OUT AND HARD TO FIND EVENTS. OUR SELLING PRICE IS DETERMINED BY OUR COST FOR OBTAINING THESE TICKETS.
Pricing and Availability : Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market prices and availability are subject to change at anytime. If your first choice of seats is not available, TheSeats reserves the right to offer the choice to downgrade or upgrade the order to the next available category of seats with appropriate price abatement or increase respectively. In this event, TheSeats will contact you either via phone or e-mail for your consent prior to order completion.

Purchase Policy : When placing your order please select a delivery method that allows enough time for you to receive you order before the event occurs. TheSeats is not responsible for deliveries that take longer than the estimated times. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours prior to the event you have an obligation to notify TheSeats. All sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, change of venue, date, time, or rainout. No customer initiated refunds, cancellations, or exchanges allowed with the exception of a canceled event. If a concert, sporting, or theater event is cancelled, only the face value will be refunded less a 10 dollar service charge per ticket. Tickets must be returned to our offices in order for you to receive a refund. Tickets should be returned via traceable means (e.g. certified mail, FedEx, UPS, etc.), and all requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the cancelled event. By entering payment information and submitting your order you understand that this will serve as an authorized signature.
Order Acceptance Policy : Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order; it only reflects our acknowledgment of your request for tickets. TheSeats, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Amusement Sales Taxes: Events taking place within the Chicagocity limits may require the addition of sales tax to the total orderamount. Orders meeting the requirements set forth by Chicago city lawwill be charged a variable amusement tax up to 8% applied to the difference of the retail value and the face value.
