Originally a school, Spivey Hall was remodeled into a bar by Dillon Ullmann in 1985. The owner desired to own a club similar to the club he enjoyed during his undergraduate years at at Notre Dame. Spivey Hall has always been one of the trendiest clubs around the metropolitan area for concerts.
